True loaf is a bakery you go to for exceptional quality pastries, bread and sandwiches. Everything is so delicious I definitely have to go back soon especially for the almond croissant. The vibes in the bakery are amazing with nice music that isn't being blasted and beautiful flowers in every view, the customer service I received was impeccable the girl Adi helped so much and explained the pastries and gave amazing recommendations I NEED!!!! to try during my next visit! Definitely a 5 star bakery and I will be recommending it to everyone I know

Many different pastries which are produced right in front of you, great selection, solid bread, prices are regular for Miami. Thereβs a queue but it goes fast. Would come back

If you know, you know. True Loaf is that bakery. The almond croissant was exceptional. Perfectly flaky, airy, and light with just the right amount of almond filling. Not heavy, not overly sweet, not doughy in the center. Every layer shattered delicately and still somehow melted in your mouth. That balance is hard to pull off, and they nailed it. The second you walk in, the smell alone is enough to make you order more than you planned. Warm butter, toasted almonds, fresh pastry. It honestly smells like heaven in there. Simple space, focused execution, no gimmicks. Just really good baking done right. More on social media: @ratedbymaryam

Iβve been coming to True Loaf Bakery for the past 10 years, and in my opinion they are still the best in the area. Top quality ingredients, delicious baked goods, and amazing service. My favorites are the sourdough bread, the petite baguette sandwiches with Spanish tortilla, they did not have them today :(, and the chocolate chip cookies.

I was in the Miami area to check out the art installation at Faena Beach for Miami Art Week. Whenever Iβm in the area, I always check bookmarked spots I want to check out. Decided to hit up True Loaf which was close by. True Loaf is located in Sunset Harbor next to Tequiztlan Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar. Also two spots down from Maman which is one of my fave bakeries. I stopped into True Loaf to scope out their selections. The young lady at the front was nice, I didnβt get her name. This spot is more of a bakery with a huge kitchen area and limited space to order or sit. They had a few patio tables outside but no sitting area inside. Quick order and go kind of space. They had a display of food options in the front window and ordering area. I also didnβt see a menu or labels for the pastries so it was hard to decide what I wanted. I was going by visuals of what they still had available. I ended up getting a canelΓ©. And let me tell you, they made a quite perfect canelΓ© with the crispy exterior and custardy interior. Each canelΓ© costs $5. I knew a nice bakery like this would make a good canelΓ©. You can just tell. I would come back to try some of the other items including the cr
